Nice video. Like the weight placement. I would add that nice grippy trapezing boots are really handy. I am wondering if my new dinghy boots will cut it (they'll have to do for now!). Maneuverability is key. I like the non-bulky life vest Steph is wearing. I've been experimenting with putting the harness over the life vest, though some say this is not safe. Getting back in, and coordinating the clipping on and off is still my challenge and it would be fun to see more about those steps.
